Slowly getting better!  I will attempt to do some weights today and abs.  Tomorrow I'll try my 1st run since pneumonia......I'll probably end up walking most of it.

I weighed today and am down another 2 lbs.  That makes 6 lbs down in a month.  Which is okay since I'm still in my "10 lb wiggle room" zone.  Of course, I see exactly where it came from....my boobs look like prunes again.  I enjoyed having fuller boobs for a while.

I am just beginning to check into plastics for my stomach.  I'm not really bothered by the look of my body, but I keep getting gross infections in my cavernous navel...and I don't want to live with that the rest of my life.  I'm chicken because I don't want the pain, and I don't want to part with the money!  I will have 1st consult next week...but I wont do anything until right after the 1st of the year.....got my Alaska trip in September and then the holidays, so I figure the best time to do it is right after new year.....now I have to decide between skin removal, TT or the full Monty, LBL.

B1-Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Lean Cuisine Pizza
S-banana
S-Chobani
D-not sure-may go out

Let me know about the plastics.....I definately want/think I will need many procedures......arm wings, stomach flap, prune boobs, saggy thighs....ass wrinkles.
anyway....did the shred workout 3 - man it's kickin my a$$.
B: Hot protein drink
S: 8 PB filled pretzel nuggets
L: 3 bites of hotdog with refried beans, beef and queso cheese on them
S: SF caramel latte
D: protein drink
S: again up in the air - going to see a comedian tonight at a resturant so maybe hub and I will share some snacky goodness
