Thursday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?

Each day I'm getting a bit better.  I haven't exercised since Saturday and it is driving me crazy!  I'm going to try a light workout tomorrow and then I'll try a walk/some jogging Saturday morning.  I hate being sick.

One good side effect:  no appetite.  I've had to force myself to eat....or the blood sugar issues are BAD. 

Eats today:
B1-1 slice ww toast with a hard boiled egg (ate 2/3 of it)
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-soup and crackers (all I really want when I'm ill)
S-banana
S-Chobani
D-not sure yet
