Hope you are feeling better! Missed your daily posts on here!
B: 1 sausage pattie, 1 egg, 1 tea biscuit
S: Coffee
L: 6 pnut butter crackers, 1/2 banana
D1: 1 grilled chicken wrap with no sauce
S: 1 yogurt
D2: 3 oz baked chicken, 1 1/2 c. veg. beef soup
S: No idea yet.......maybe 2 or 3 choc filled wafers with coffee!
Exercise: Not alot other than walking and sweating at work! Still getting in at least miles of walking each night!
