D-not sure-meeting a friend after work

Dessert-s/f jello with fruit

Exercise:  May do yoga if I get home at a decent time-may be an off day-I ran yesterday

B: protein shake - gingerbread cookie - yummo (thanks nik)
S: 8 peanut butter pretzel nuggets
L: 1/2 garden burger with slice of munster (I love munster cheese)
S: moz cheese stick (I was in a rush this am)
D: potato-less potato pancakes (thanks eggface)
S: protein shake - been lovin the new banana recipe (again thanks nik my protein shake savior!)

no workout today - had a "procedure" yesterday so I am giving myself the day off - prally start up the moring routine again tomorrow. Just feel so sleepy today.....stupid anesthesia.
