Happy Monday!  I hope everyone had a great weekend!  I got in a nice run on Saturday, but didn't do any workout yesterday....did lots of cooking and laundry-we had Sunday family dinner and all the kids came home.

Today's eats:
B1-1/2 cup cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1 ww english muffin
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-salad and Chunky soup, 6 lo fat Ritz
S-Chobani apple cinnamon
S-strawberries
D-salad with baked chicken fingers

Dessert-grapes

Exercise:  abs (P90X) and chest/back (P90X)

I am in training this week and am working tonight also.  3rd day I have worked 16 hr. shift.  I am soooo tired.

B:  6 crackers with cheese, lite and fit yogurt
S:  Coffee - lots of it!
L:   3 oz. baked chicken, 1/2 c. mashed potatoes, 1/2 c. greens, 1 c. salad
D:  Same as lunch
S:  More coffee
S:  1 c. strawberries, 6 crackers with p-nut butter
D2:  cheeseburger with extra pickles and unsweet tea


Barely having time to sleep so no walking past 3 days.
