Working from home today so the plumber could come and fix a few things.  He is here now.

Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean Delight breakfast sandwich
B2-leftover yellow fin tuna steak and a few green beans
L-Chunky soup, crackers and a few bites of cheese
S-Chobani
S-raisins
D-Steak and brussel sprouts

Dessert-fruit bar

Exercise:  I am DYING to workout.  When plumber is done I'll do P90X and then I'm going for a run!

I had a cherry/almond protein shake for breakfast and was stuffed til dinner. Made chicken pot pie from scratch with lots of veggies and a gf sauce. Ate maybe 1/4 c. Not good on protein or liquids today. Grumpy pouch. Need to find something it likes me to drink!
1 hr of Pilates and cleaned the house top to bottom in place of a walk.
