Wednesday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?

Hump day!  I am so missing my workouts! I haven't worked out in a week-well, I did a lot of walking in New Orleans last weekend, but no "real" workouts....and I so miss it!  Tonight I have dinner with a customer so tomorrow I'll get a good workout in.  I am working from home tomorrow so I'll be able to do weights in the morning and then maybe go for a run in the afternoon! 

Eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1 slice ww toast
B2-protein bar (I am missing my grilled chicken!!)
L-Lean Cuisine pizza
S-Chobani yogurt
S-tropical trail mix

Hi! Sounds like New Orleans was fun even if it was cold!

Breakfast was a bite of a sf gf cupcake and coffee....bad morning
Lunch will be chili with a sprinkle of cheese
Dinner will be chicken cooked slow with whatever else I can scrounge up in the cupboards....wish me luck!

If anyone has any meal ideas I'd love to hear them. Breakfast and lunch have been throwing me lately. I want savory but can't seem to think of ideas. I'm allergic to soy, wheat, corn, and eggs so most eggs and toast ideas are out. Shakes and yogurt are my staples but I need a change up! Thanks for any ideas!!!
