Thursday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?
Today is my Friday...and oh my Lord what a day it is turning out to be! I've got massive deadlines and a couple huge HR issues.....
Eats today:
B-1/2 c cottage cheese with nsa peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-a few crackers and 2 laughing cow cheese wedges
L-SUSHI!!
S-chobani-passion fruit-it is new so this will be the 1st time trying it
D-chicken salad wrap
Exercise-running on the treadmill

Thank you for posting your menu... for those of us still going through the initial loss - it is actually helpful. I am walking at work now 3x a week - for 1/2 hr each in a very fast walk and I am finding that my tolarance is starting to increase so I am now pushing myself to do it with weights and to run some and walk some. My food intake today is:
B-1/4 egg whites with 1 small turkey sausage link
S1- small banana
L- 4oz boneless chicken with garlic sauteed mushrooms and onions(will need a tictac )
S2- Protein Shake
D- Salmon with mixed steamed vegatables
S3-8 oz FF milk
I'm sure it isn't perfect - but I am trying.

Breakfast was a mess. 1/2 of my daughters banana and a couple almond/brown rice crackers
Snack was a protein shake made with 1/3 c blueberries and 1/2 c coconut milk
Lunch was a sample of dinner I have going on the stove. Between 1/4 and 1/2c venison flank steak with tomatillos, onion, garlic, and some spices. Delish!! Topped it with a sprinkle of cheese and about 1 1/2 tsp sour cream.
Dinner will be the same as above
If I need/want it another shake.
Exercise was an hour of yoga. No walk, decided to spend the day doing housework and a few projects. I'm pretty sure I got my exercise in! I'm beat!!
