Another week!  I hope everyone enjoyed the game....I didn't care who won....we had a party and had some great food....I made these awesome crabmeat and cheese stuffed mushrooms....yummy!

Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean Delight breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-soup and crackers
S-Chobani yogurt
S-applesauce
D-salad with baked chicken fingers

Dessert-coffee or tea

Exercise:  Today I'll do something P90X for arms and abs.

I swear I'm going to get here on the right day, one of these days!!
My eats yesterday were
B 1/2 c homemade yogurt with a scoop of protein powder and a cup of coffee an hour or so before
L was deer burger and veggies with a slice of cheese on top
D was a couple bite of salad and 1.5 oz deer backstrap.
Snacks were a couple white bean protein cookies and a shake after dinner made with coconut milk.

Did an hour of Pilates and went for a couple miles walk pushing the stroller!
