Friday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising? Did U Weigh?
Yes, I missed the post yesterday....my boss is in town so I've been in meetings.
I weighed today and I'm up 2 so gotta get my hiney moving more...the running really keeps me in check and I haven't been able to get out much and do it. I am running tomorrow morning though and looking forward to it.
Eats today:
B1-1/2 Jimmy Dean Delight breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
S-1/2 banana
L-Sushi
S-Chobani apple cinnamon yogurt....so good, tastes like apple pie
D-steak and veggies
No exercise for me today....off day....and I'll have a martini tonight so no dessert.

I'm a bit late but thought I'd post anyway. Yesterday was rough and threw me off for eating and vitamins. I had a cup of coffee first thing then it was a rush to get out the door with my lil one. Had another cup of coffee on the road. She has bad sinus infection and an ear infection. Stopped to visit my in-laws before meeting my husband for lunch. Had 4 pieces of grilled shrimp and a couple bites of green beans. Then off to drop off prescriptions and home sweet home! Ate the other 4 shrimp for a snack. Dinner was leftovers and mini-me decided she was hungry and ate most of mine. After she went down I made a lime cheesecake protein powder concoction for a little extra protein. Did manage my multi and a b12 along in there. Today will be better!!!
