Monday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?
Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend...we did. All the kids came home for dinner last night...I grilled a big ole batch of my lemon pepper wings...and boy did they eat! I also made some Rolo bars...they are devine, and by no means "diet"....it is basically a cookie base with melted Rolo candies in the middle with cookie on top.....yummy!
Today's eats:
B1-Jimmy Dean Delight breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-1/4 of a club sandwich (no mayo) and a few onion straws
S-Chobani yogurt
S-banana
S-a few cashews
D-pork chop and steamed broccoli
Dessert-s/f pudding
Exercise: I'm going to run...don't know how much I can as I've hyperextended my left knee and it is sore....I'll only do what I can.
