Friday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising? Did U Weigh?
How is everyone? Did you weigh? I lost 2 lbs, which is good because I picked up a few over the holidays. I'm not DIETING...but I am paying close attention to what I'm eating and I have cut out some of the "junk". I am also logging my food in the Health Tracker again to ensure I stay around 1,400 for a few weeks while I carve off some of the holiday fun I had! I'm only 2 lbs over my range, but I KNOW I have to catch it quickly because it can come back as fast as I lost it!
I tried to wear my "tightest" jeans the other day and they were too uncomfortable, so I KNEW I had to cut back a bit. I am not depriving myself, and I'm getting plenty to eat.
Eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage cheese with NSA peaches and 1 ww english muffin
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-sushi
S-chonbani
S-grapes
D-salad with egg and grilled chicken strips
Dessert-coffee....I'm sure I'll have a martini tonight--it is FRIDAY!!
No exercise today-we have a 7 mile hike tomorrow and I'll run on Sunday. Everyone have a great weekend!
