Dang, I forgot to weigh this morning so I'll do it tomorrow.

I FINALLY got in a good workout last night.  "Stuff" has come up this week that has kept me from getting into the basement like I want to.  Did arms/shoulders last night and ooohhh I'm sore!  I'll go for a nice run tomorrow since the weather will be mild.

Eats today:
B1-most of a piece of ww toast with PB and 1/2 banana
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Lean Cuisine pizza
S-Chobani
S-banana
D-sushi with DD

No exercise tonight.
