This week is short, but man is it dragging!

Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean DLight breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Chunky Healthy Request sirloin burger soup and lo fat ritz crackers
S-clementine
S-Chobani
S-(pre workout) a few ritz with colby cheese
D-leftover roast and potatoes

Dessert-s/f pudding cup

Not sure what exercise will be tonight.....but I'll be in the basement.  Can't wait for Spring and time change!!

This week hasnt been too bad for me. Seems like Wednesday to me LOL.

B-Mocha Latte BBV shake.
S-Cheddar Stickster (i love these!!!)
L-smoked chicken breast, steamed veggies
S-chobani
D-BBV shake of some sort.

Lots of water, have a Challenge Party tonight so no exercise.
