Wednesday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?
Hello all! I forgot to do my post yesterday...which is good since I also indulged in my last piece of the cheesecake I made for Christmas...yes, I admit it. I had cheesecake Saturday, Sunday, Monday AND Tuesday. Now it is gone....and no more rich delights....got to get back to 80/20 rule! I did continue to exercise though, so I'm good....I haven't gained any weight over the holidays.
Did my first P90X2 workout last night.....WOW. It is intense. I kind of felt just like when I started P90X....wondering how in the heck I am going to get my body to do THAT!!??? I know in time I'll master it.....but yikes....it is a whole new level.
Eats today:
B1-1/2 slice ww toast with PB and 1 NSA peach fruit cup
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-leftover spaghetti with meat sauce
S-Oikos yogurt
S-clementine
D-pork chops and veggies
Dessert-Hot tea or coffee
I'll do another P90X2 workout tonight....plyocide. I'm scared.

I am not sure why but I have been a bottomless pit for days! I can't hold a lot of food in the early mornings but by evening, I am a starving bear!
B: 2 sausage links, 1 egg, 1 slice italian toast
S: Coffee
L: Cheeseburger xtra pickles and 6 crackers with cheese
D: 2! Cheeseburgers with xtra pickles
D2: sliced roast beef, potatoes, green beans and a roll
S: small bag chips, SF choc candy
I hope I don't eat anything else...............
