Monday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?
I hope everyone had a great weekend! We hiked Friday-what was supposed to be an 8.8 mile hike turned into an 11 mile hike because we just had to get off the trail and explore some abandoned cabins..then we HAD to follow the road to "see where it went"....and so on and so on....Saturday we took it easy, then yesterday DD and I decided to bake homemade apple pie! It was fun and it was delicious! I've never made pie crust before, and I'd never made the filling before. I'm no longer scared to make pie crust, but it sure makes a mess in the kitchen!
I forced myself to run yesterday since I knew I'd have some pie!
Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean D-lights breakfast bagel
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-leftover roast and a few small potatoes
S-banana
S-chobani
D-chili
Dessert will be coffee. Had to get rid of the candy at the house....DH and I were eating it everytime we passed the bowl!
Exercise today will be P90X upper body and abs.

Back from vacation! Went to VA and FL. Took me 2 days to get rested up. Celebrated my son's 20th birthday....makes me feel old....well, not really!

L: 1 baked chicken tender, 1/2 apple with pnut butter
S: handful of chips
D: 1 chicken tender, 5 or 6 bites of baked potatoe with mushrooms, onions, and garlic
Exercise: 2 mile walk.
Fasting tonight for a glucose tolerance test in the morning. Dreading it.
