Friday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising? Did U Weigh?
Weigh in day! I'm still the same. Overall, up 10 lbs from my absolute lowest weight, but my clothes still fit the same so I'm chalking it up to a bit of bounce and some muscle gain.
I do have to "shut the pie hole" and stop nibbling on candy.....oh, the holidays are upon us! I've also been lazy this week......I attribute that to the shorter days and colder weather. I forced myself to run on the "dreadmill" last night and I'm glad I did. That is the hard part about maintenance....you get really comfortable in your new size/clothes, but I get a bit ****y and want to sit on the couch by the fireplace and read instead of exercising. I do have to force myself to do it sometimes, but I'm always glad I did once I'm done. I know that even though I've been a regular exerciser since August 2008, it would only take a few weeks of skipping workouts to completely get out of the habit. I WILL NOT LET THAT HAPPEN!
Eats today:
B1-3/4 of a Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast bagel
S-slim jim
L-grilled chicken sandwich at Chili's
S-Chobani
S-apple
D-grilled steak and salad
Dessert-none since I'll have a ****tail this evening
I've got to make pralines tonight and a pot of seafood gumbo for our church's rummage sale tomorrow. Then we are going to a friend's house to watch the game (GEAUX TIGERS). Sunday we have a reception after church since the Bishop is visiting.....busy weekend!
I will run tomorrow morning and Sunday do yoga. If I commit to it in writing here, I feel like I must follow thru! Have a great weekend!!

Good Morning! im down 4lbs this week. I started the body by vi system last Wednesday and am down a total of 7lbs!
Tonight we'll be going to the steakhouse in Moulton which is FANTASTIC, im so excited,we dont get there often!
B-caramel coffee protein shake
S-1/2 cottage cheese, NSA peaches
L-butterfinger protein shake--my fave!
S-cheese stick
D-grilled chicken or steak, steamed veggies and the salad bar.
I'll have lunch 3 times next week from that meal!
