It is trick or treat day!!  We always have tons of kiddies and I am ready with the good stuff!!

Tonight I'll make a pot of taco soup and give out goodies.

Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-grilled chicken sandwich (not quite 1/2 of it) and a few fries
S-cupcake
D-taco soup

Probably wont have time to exercise tonight due to giving out candy!

I have cottage cheese to eat for a snack but i doubt i get it in, im fulllllll!!!

I started a 90 day Body by Vi challenge last Wednesday. Im LOVING it!!!

 L. cube steak, rutabagas and mashed potatoes
 D. cube steak and rutabagas
 S. cheddar cheese

I drin**** water all day as I do not drink tea and I take my B-Complex vitamin

Hectic night at work for me.  Been going non-stop and first chance I had to even get on computer!

B:  scrambled egg with diced ham and shredded cheese, 1 slice whole wheat toast
S:  coffee
Rest of Day:  ate on a foot long turkey breast sub from subway, 2 handful of tortilla thins, and 1 mocha chocolate brownie.............it's Halloween......a treat for me.....even though I dumped on it..........

Exercise:  6 miles of walking!  WHEW.....ready to call it a day!
