Friday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising? Did U Weigh?

TGIF!  Tonight we are going to the Alabama Theatre to see Rocky Horror!!  Can't wait!!  I've got my prop bag ready to go.

Did you weigh today?  I was down about 4.5 lbs.   I don't think I've done anything to "lose", but I was on about a one month "hormone rage"...and I think that had me up a bit.....can we say EARLY MENOPAUSE??!!!   I think the symptoms are starting to rear their ugly head.....

Eats today:
B-1/2 c cottage cheese with NSA peaches and 1/2 slice ww toast
S-pear
S-Chobani
L-going out with bosses today-Superior grill
D-not a clue!  will grab a bite before we head to the movie, and then we'll probably do Waffle House afterward

no exercise today-tomorrow I'll run and Sunday is yoga

Lazy morning for me today.  No exercise.  Weight 141.  I go up and down 3-4 lbs most weeks. 

B:  2 boiled eggs, 1 slice toast
L:  coffee
S:  handful of mini-crackers
D:  1/2 cut pork roast with corn and tomatoes
D2:  not sure.....maybe left over chicken and polish sausage with rice
