Thursday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?

I'm back!  We had such a good time in the mountains.  My calves are killing me from hiking!!  We did 9 miles one day, then just a couple short 1 mile hikes the next.

We saw a bear on the walk up to Clingman's Dome...the biggest one I've ever seen.  I am so glad I've got my health and can do so many active things now!!

Eats today:

B1-Jimmy Dean D-light breakfast bagel
B2-Kashi bar
L-a few bites of all kinds of stuff-we had a BBQ dinner today
S-a few bites of choc cake
D-meatloaf

No exercise tonight-I have bunco and I don't think my calves could handle it!!

Glad you have been living life!  I took my trip to Portland, OR and had an awesome time.  I leave again next Saturday for Virginia then Florida!  Feels like I have been going non-stop.  But  I shouldn't complain because I kind of enjoy "life in the fast lane"....lol

B:  1/2 bagel thin with cream cheese and deli ham
L:  1/2 c. angle hair pasta with spinach, red peppers, onions, and shrimp
S:  Protein Bar
D:  2 scrambled eggs, 1 piece baked chicken, few bites cheesy grits!  Ate at work and it was actually WONDERFUL!
D2:  brought a sandwich and pack of protein chips if I need them.....and I probably will.  Working til midnight.

Exercise:  Walked 2 miles this morning.
