Thursday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?
Almost the weekend! I went shopping last night at Belk. I am not hung up on labels, and only buy clothes that fit comfortably. I don't really care what the number in the label is!
It astounds me how off sizing is. This is really a pain because you don't even know where to begin when grabbing things to try on! Last night I bought a dress size 6 petite........okay, I am so not a 6, and in dresses, never a petite. It was on the $9.99 clearance rack so I gave it a try. Then, I needed jeans. I currently have jeans in size 6 and 8. The 6's are somewhat uncomfortable and really show the muffin top, so I started with an 8 and a 10. The 8 was too tight. The 10 was tighter! Yes, the LARGER size was tighter. The 12 fit perfectly so that is what I bought.
I found clothes in the plus world a bit more "true to size". Shopping is a pain in the butt because you have to haul 50 things to the dressing room for a possible fit of 2 or 3. Oh! and I bought boots, and they FIT MY CALVES. Now I should say BARELY FIT MY CALVES. But they do fit, they are comfortable, cute and were on sale!
Eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Lean Cuisine spaghetti and meatballs
S-Del Monte fruit naturals fruit cup
S-Chobani
D-salmon and veggies
Dessert-not sure, probably a couple cookies or some sugar free ice cream bar
Exercise today: Gotta run. If it is raining I'll use the "dreadmill".

S: Coffee and 8 grapes
L: 3 oz. turkey ham, mustard and baby spinach on whole wheat toast
S: Protein Bar
D: 3 oz BBQ pork, 1 chicken tender, bite of steamed broccoli
D2: 1 chicken tender, few bites mashed potatoes
Exercise: No time today. Today is my monday at work and I did house cleaning and pre-packing for my trip to Portland Sat. morning!
