B2-Cytomax Tangerine Protein drink. 40 grams of protein in 20fl oz!! i couldnt quite drink it all, but it was good!
L-1/4 chicken white meat, steamed broccoli, few bites of baked beans
S-caramel apple parfait from mcdonalds (please avoid these, they are GOOD!)
D-protein shake and cheese stick if needed.
if it quits raining i'll take the dog for a walk tonight!

Thanks girl! I worked from home today on my presentation I have to do in Nashville next week....45 pages! I had to make some index cards....there is no way I can memorize this thing!!
