Tuesday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving??
Mornin all! The Fall nip is in the air. I love this time of year. I can ride with the top down on the car and not break a sweat! Hiking is right around the corner!!
Eats today:
B1-1/2 slice ww toast with PB and banana (wasn't very hungry)
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-salad from McAlisters
S-Del Monte Fruit naturals fruit cup
S-Chobani yogurt
D-pork chops, cauliflower, tomato and cucumber salad, asparagus ( a few bites of each of the veggies)
Dessert-coffee?
Exercise: Tonight is running night...the breast cancer run is Saturday!
**last night I thought I was having pork chops but found out when I got home we'd committed to eating spaghetti and meatballs at a friends house...so tonight I'll cook yesterday's pork chops....the veggies are all little bowls of leftovers that need to get eaten.

wednesday and thursday i'll be cleaning and getting ready for the beach. Friday morning we're off and im SO excited
