Happy Monday! We have to work today....no holiday for us. It is a beautiful day today. I love the Fall.
Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean Dlights breakfast sandwich (about 2/3 of it)
B2-Grilled chicken
L-Lean Cuisine 4 cheese cannelloni
S-Chobani yogurt
S-Del Monte Fruit Naturals cup
D-pork chop and tomato cucumber salad
Dessert-jello

B: 1 scrambled egg with ham, 1/2 bagel thin
B2: same as B1....just 2.5 hrs later!
L: 3 oz. baked chicken
D: 3 oz. grilled franks, 3 bites choc. cake
D2: Protein Bar
S: dannon lite and fit diabetic friendly vanilla yogurt
Exercise: None today. Cleaned and scrubbed my balcony from top to bottom and worked up a sweat b4 work! Getting in 4 miles of walking tonight at work.....but not to the point of sweating or getting my heart rate up!
