Good Morning. I've done a really crappy job the last few weeks. When i started the house project i seemed to have lost my good eating habits and plans. my protein is STILL packet up in a tub in the garage..

A guy at work had a stroke, he's just a few years older than me, really young. (im only 27) So we're trying to raise money for his family bc his wife doesnt work and they have 3 children. Anywho, we're starting a weight loss competition Monday and it goes on for 6 weeks. For every pound you lose our boss will donate $1 for Jeff. Its a 20$ entry "fee" per person to donate also. The prize is a paid day off. I know theres no way i'll win it bc we've got men here that need and probably can lose 20-30lbs in 6 weeks. As a woman we lose slower but im wondering what is a good realistic goal for 6 weeks? i want to work VERY hard on this because its the FIRST time the whole office is doing this and because im the one that has to go get the whole office's lunch daily. This way hopefully the boss will be eating salads and i can NOT go get lunch. Its a struggle for me at work bc even when i bring my lunch, i have to go get everyones. And the boss always gets the pick (he isnt very healthy) But its hard for me to not order lunch. So todays the last day for that. I'll be going grocery shopping and stocking up. Im going to try to do strictly protein and very very littlecarbs for 6 weeks. wish me luck cus im definitely going to need it!

Anywho, im really excited about this!!!

This will be fun and for a very good cause.  I think a realistic goal in 6 weeks, if you are going to work agressively is 10 lbs.  It is harder to lose 10 lbs at your current weight than when you were obese.

Up the water and the protein and move your body!  You can do it!!

Have a great weekend!
