The cold is a bit better today and I think I'm on the mend.
Probably wont get to workout this wee****il Saturday-that will give me sufficient time to recover! I've got to get some running in since I've got two 5ks coming in the next few weeks!
Eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1 slice ww toast
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Crazy Cajun-either blackened fish or gumbo
S-pear
S-Chobani
D-rotissiere chicken from Publx and corn
Dessert-jello? maybe or hot tea
