Monday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?
I hope everyone enjoyed the beautiful weather this weekend. At Leslie's mention, I've added a B-complex daily (she started B-1 and was amazed with the results so I just decided to add the whole B-complex) and I have to say, my energy level is so much better! I ran more Saturday than I have in a while. Yesterday I helped DD clean out her bathroom...and that was a big project....she is pretty messy! I'm also now dealing with a head cold, so I don't feel great, but I do have good energy! It took about a week for the B-complex to really take affect.
Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-leftover roast, carrots and potatoes
S-grapes
S-Chobani
D-rice and beef casserole
Dessert-s/f jello
Exercise-not feeling really good so I'll probably do yoga.

Good Morning Kim. I also started the B1 and can tell a difference in the energy level. I have not officially weighed yet to see if I have lost any. I can tell the difference in my clothes. My scales is the kind that I can step on weigh one thing and step off and 5 min later will be something else. The biggest thing I have noticed about the B1 besides the energy is that I am not craving carbs like I was.

Glad you ladies are having luck with the B1! Today is my Friday and I am trying to not work too hard....
