Thursday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?

1st day back to the real world.  I am really being good abou****ching what I'm eating and getting back to exercising.  When I vacation, I exercise, just not to the level I do normally.  I also do not track my food and eat/drink what I want.  This was the longest time off of regular exercise and tracking my food.....2 whole weeks.

I filled out my food journal for today and I'm getting ready to go work out--P90X arms/shoulders and abs.  I ran yesterday.  It is hard to get back in the swing, but I know I will.  I haven't weighed yet--Friday morning is my weigh in day so I'll see tomorrow. 

I can see how people can easily regain the weight lost.  I can now eat/drink whatever I want...I do not dump, and I can eat a lot more and more often than before.  I also see how easy it would be to get out of the exercise habit. 

I continually remind myself that I must always be vigilant and I have a good support system at home and that helps.  My husband's willingness to workout with me and to eat healthy really helps.  I don't have to worry about having junk food in the house to temp me all the time.

Most importantly, I have each of you.  I feel a responsibility to our community to do the right things to keep this weight off forever.  I always say--I'm still obese, just in remission!!

Eats today:
B1-1 ww English muffin, 1 boiled egg
B2-grilled chicken breast
S-grapes
L-flat out wrap with 2 oz Swiss cheese and 3 oz lean ham
S-Chobani yogurt
D-1 cup of wholesome helper
Dessert-none!  I'll have hot green tea with lemon!
