Friday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising? Did U Weigh?

TGIF!  This is my first day back in the office in a few weeks....so I'm glad to be here!  I weighed this morning and am up a few lbs....nothing major, but I've got to cut out the extras!  I overindulged while traveling so I've got to stick to the plan for a few weeks and really drop a few.

I did P90X yesterday for the 1st time in a few weeks and it was so hard!  But I got thru it and even did the bonus round!  My arms are  killing me today.

Eats today:

B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww english muffing
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-sushi
S-Chobani yogurt
S-fruit cup
D-not sure--going to a church function for dinner

Exercise-none for me today, Friday is off day.  Tomorrow I'll run and Sunday will be yoga.

B:  2 strips turkey bacon, 1 boiled egg, 1/2 onion bagel
S:  Coffee
L:   1/2 c tuna salad, few slices cucumber, fresh spinach, and 3 strawberries, 5 crackers
S:   Handful of almonds, 6 pnut butter crackers
D:  3 oz. grilled chicken, 1/4 c mashed potatoes, 1 slice carrot cake.....it was a retirement dinner at work....too tempting to pass up!
S:  protein bar


Exercise:   Walk-Run combo - 2 miles!   I am feeling soooooo good since I have started moving faster and more often  :)
