I just realized I forgot to weigh!  Oh well, I'm in my smallest jeans today so I'll assume all is the same. 

Leslie, Hillary--can yall keep up our daily post while I'm gone?  I'll be back on the 30th.

Eats today:

B-Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast sandwich
S-grapes
L-sushi!!
S-Chobani
D-Salmon and veggies

Dessert-NSA pudding cup

B:  toasted whole wheat english muffin with pnut butter
S:  Coffee
L:  2 slices deli chicken, 1 slice cheese, 1 diabetic friendly yogurt, pack of tuna
D1:  slice ham and cheese, 1 rice cake
D2:  2 boiled eggs, slice of toasted french bread
S:  Protein Bar and coffee

Exercise:   1.5 mile walk.  Had to cut it short.  Got dizzy.  Blood sugar low.

Weighed in:  Down to 135!
