Thursday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?

It has been a busy week!  Getting ready to head to Vegas Saturday then on to Michigan on Wednesday so I'll be out of pocket for a few weeks.

Eats today:

B1-Chobani and 1 slice ww toast
S-grapes
S-Granola bar
L-laughing cow cheese (2 wedges) and a few Ritz, leftover BBQ pork
S-grapes
D-BBQ leftovers again!!

Exercise-none for me today--too much packing to do.

B:   1/2 onion bagel toasted with cream cheese and deli sliced chicken
B2:  same as B1.....I eat this after my workout
S:  Coffee
L:   3 grilled turkey franks, 1/4 c. chili
D1: cheseburger with extra pickles
S:   Dannon Lite and Fit Diabetic friendly yogurt
D2:  Protein Bar
S:   4 apple slices with pnut butter


Exercise:   2 miles of walking/jogging!
