B-1 Vitamin Question
I have recently added a B-1 supplement to my regular vitamin regimen. It is supposed to help with energy and metabolism....especially increasing metabolism for carbs....or so I heard. I had wanted to drop a few lbs but I have lost 8 lbs. in 9 days! I have increased my walking and work-outs and decreased my sleep by 2 hours each day but still.........
Don't get me wrong.....glad to drop a few but seems like that is a lot in such a short time.
Anyone know if a vitamin can have this effect?????

Leslie I have just finished reading up on B1 and it seems that it is like B12 you can not get to much. I am going to get me a bottle when I go grocery shopping. Maybe it is why I don't want to get up and do anything. By the way how big is the pills? I am not able to swallow big pills, most everthing I get now is liquid.
I am getting some when I go grocery shopping. It sounds as if it will not hurt and maybe help. This orthostatic hypotension is kicking my butt. Cardio said he did not want to change my B/P meds as he had finally gotten it down and to just be careful. I will look around and see if I can find a small one. Thanks for the info.
