I hope everyone had a great weekend!  I know it was soggy, but we REALLY needed the rain!! 

4 DAYS UNTIL THE WEDDING!!  I can't believe it is finally here.  We are ready!!!

Eats today:

B-Chik-fil-a chicken bagel (they gave away free breakfast today!)
L-Lean Cuisine pizza, grapes
S-chicken breast
S-Chobani yogurt
D-leftover ribs, pork chop and baked beans

Dessert-jello with pineapple

Exercise:  If the rain stops I'll run, if it is raining I'll do a cardio P90X workout in the basement.

Good Morning everyone.....been a while since I've been on but I am back....

Food for the day is....

B - Protein smoothie.
L - Turkey & pepperjack wrap.
D - Shrimp Bruschetta along with sun dried tomato & fresh basil pesto on garlic baguettes

Exercise limited to upper body for a while due to recent problems, so no walking or running.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day and enjoys the cooler temps....

 Its almost here!!! She's going to be the most beautiful bride!!! i know your so excited!!! 

Im SO ready for the rain to leave but i know we needed it and i was inside working on the house anyways. i get this wild hair every so often to empty the house and remodel so thats pretty much where im at. I was amazed at the amount of clothes we had in the house. Theres only me and a 7yr old boy there, but enough clothes to cloth 10 people for months LOL!! Needless to say all the stuff is gone, now im painting and waiting on the guys to come put down the hard woods. Saturday im going to pick out a new bedroom suite which im stoked about. I know that i dont NEED a  king size bed but since Jaydens never going to quit sleeping in my bed, i figure its a good investment! :) 

Sorry for the rambling. On to the foods for today.

B-nothing, running late
L-polish sausage, baked beans, slaw
D-protein shake
S-cheese stick


after giving away all my "skinny" clothes that i've been holding onto for 3 years (man i had some way cute things!!!)   and finding some pictures of me at my smallest i've realized i've GOT to keep moving forward and quit giving up so easily on this process. Its a daily battle for me but i am on a mission to get off these pounds!!!!

Try to stay dry, its still a pouring down here in North Alabama! :)
