Weigh in day!  I guess the salt on my margarita didn't help my situation....stayed the same as last week, so officially still up 4 lbs.  No biggie though.....with all the wedding stuff I haven't been able to work out as hard as I like to.....will run tomorrow and do yoga Sunday, Monday will be weight day (upper body and abs).

I've determined my metabolism is still basically "broken".  I did one of those online things where you calculate the calories needed to maintain where you are.....well, according to it, I need 2,800 calories per day............yeah, right.............I stay between 1,500 and 2,000 each day and still managed to gain 4 lbs along the way..........I'm figuring I need to stay between 1,500 and 1,800 AND keep working out 5-6 days per week to slowly go back down a few.  My clothes all fit fine, but I do feel "puffier" in the middle.....I guess pre-menopause will help contribute to that too....GETTING OLD IS THE PITS.

Eats today:

B-1/2 c cottage cheese with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
S-slim jim
L-sushi
S-Chobani honey yogurt
S-fruit salad
D-grilled chicken breast and veggies

Will have a drink tonight and make DD ribbon/bow bouquet for the rehearsal next week.

No exercise-Friday is off day.

Been an extremely busy work week for me and am working through the weekend.   My weight is up 2 lb which I hope is jus****er weight!  Been walking and working out so not sure.......

Kim, you must be so excited with the wedding countdown.  I know your daughter will be beautiful!


B:  1 slice whole wheat toast, 3 slices turkey bacon, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice tomatoe
S:   coffee
L:   1 slice thin and crispy meat lovers pizza
S:  6 reduced fat pnut butter and crackers
D:  same as lunch but 2 slices!
S:   dannon lite and fit diabetic friendly yogurt

Exercise:  20 min of water aerobics, walked 2 miles.
