Hump Day! Whatcha Eatin? R U Sweating??

The humidity is back!  Oh well, it is still summer in the South!  Finally got thru my P90X+ upper body and abs workout last night....tonight I'll walk the neighborhood with DH and DD and grandpuppy.

Eats today:

B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches, 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-grilled chicken breast (4-6 oz)
L-1 cup of homemade taco salad (ff re-fried beans, lean ground beef, salsa, grated cheese, onion. lettuce and tomato)
S-Chobani yogurt
S-Kashi bar
D-grilled salmon and steamed veggies

Dessert:  sugar free jello, coffee later in evening

Enjoyed a wonderful 2 days off!  Have increased the walking and workouts and I feel so much more energetic! Love it!

B:  slice of whole wheat toast with p-nut butter, Diet Cranberry Juice (2g sugar)
L:  cheeseburger with extra pickles, water with lemon
S:  6 reduced fat pnut butter and crackers, skinny vanilla latte iced
D:  2 oz grilled chicken, 1/4 c. baked beans with beef, 1/2 roll
D2:  same as D1
S:  1 boiled egg, 1 c. garden salad, 2 tbsp. ham, 2 tbsp. mozzarella cheese
