Wednesday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?
It was soooo hard to run last night. My knees were really achy and the heat oppressive. I did what I could do....tonight I'll do P90X+ upper body and the ab workout.
Eats today:
B1-1 slice ww toast with PB and 1/2 banana
B2-grilled chicken breast
S-slim jim
S-Kashi bar
L-Healthy Choice steamer, cherries
S-Oikos yogurt
D-corn on the cob (1/2) and 4 oz salmon
Dessert-not sure, maybe some s/f pudding

It is my Monday and I have started a new exercise plan........just hoping I will have the motivation to stick to it. Walking 2 miles every Tues, Weds, and Thurs morning. Going to Zumba classes on Mon and Fri mornings.......I go to my 1st one this Friday in Prattville. 1st class is FREE and each one after that only $5......and its only 1/2 mile from my home!
However, had a big drop in my blood sugar b4 work today. Thought I have been eating quite well so not sure what triggered it.
B: 1/2 whole wheat bagel with cream cheese and 2 oz. deli turkey
B2: 1/2 WW bagel, 1 egg omelet with cheese, ham, peppers and onions, cheese
S: SF/LF homemade iced vanilla coffee
L1: 2 oz. turkey, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice toast, handful of chips with salsa
L2: mozzarella cheese stick, 6 pnut butter crackers
D1: 1 c. salad with 1/4 c. turkey, FF italian dressing
D2: Planning on another omelet that I made earlier to bring for dinner!
S: Dannon Lite and Fit diabetic friendly vanilla yogurt
I hope I don't need anymore snacks tonight!!!!!!! Blood sugar will dictate that!
