Thursday Whatcha eating? moving to lose or maintain?

 sorry to post and run but works calling but i didnt want to forget about whatcha eating today so here's my food. i hope you made good choices and moved that booty! Im ready for Kim to get back!!! 

B-protein shake
L-buffalo chicken salad from subway
D-slice of jalapeno ham and  a cheddar stickster wrapped up 
D2-protein shake after ball

3 mile walk/jog tonight.

Busy nite at work for me.

B:  Homemade Breakfast Burrito.....high protein wrap with lf turkey sausage, eggs, cheese, onion, jalapenos, and salsa!

L:  1/2 banana

S:  Coffee and Dannon Lite and Fit yogurt (5g Protein and 2 g sugar)

D:  Grilled Chicken and Spinach alfredo, 4 grilled shrimp, 4 slices grilled squash

S:  100 calorie pack of Coaco Roasted Almonds
