Happy Friday!  I'm working from home today-had an eye dr checkup this morning and eyes are still dilated.....I weighed this morning and I'm down a couple pounds, but in my 5 lb range that I've been in for 16 months now. 

I'm headed to the beach tomorrow for a whole week!  Hillary, can you do the post next week?

Eats today:
B1-1/4 cup cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1 ww English muffin
L-1/2 chicken breast, 3 Ritz with Colby cheese
S-slim Jim
S-Chobani
S-rest of chicken breast
D-grilled steak and something...not sure

Dessert-probably none as I'll have a ****tail this evening.

Mowing the lawn this evening for exercise :)

I'll be back on the 22nd.

 I will gladly do the posts. Have fun at the beach, im WAY jealous, i love the beach!!!!

I weighed this morning and was terrified as at night i've had the TOM munchies on sweets. I was down .5lb so i'll take it. then a coworker brought some awesome double chocolate chip cookies, i had 2.:(. MUST do better next week

Happy Friday to everyone!

B:  1 boiled egg, 1 slice whole grain toast, 4 strawberries
S:  Coffee
L:  2 oz. ham, cheddar cheese, 1 whole grain toast
S:  Coffee, 100 cal pk of cocoa almonds, 4 cherries
D:  1 grilled chicken wrap no sauce and only 1/2 the wrap
S:  LF Cheese Stick
D2:  same as D1!
S:  Handful of popcorn, 4 cherries

Exercise:   Does clearance shopping this morning count?  lol......BTW....Kohl's has an excellent sale now!
