Last night the weather prevented me from getting out and running again...tonight I'll do P90X upper body in the basement before the finale of So You Think You Can Dance.

Eats today:

B1-1/2 slice ww toast with PB (wasn't hungry)
B2-Chicken breast
L-Lean Cuisine lasagna
S-cherries
S-Chobani
D-chicken and veggies

Dessert-jello

 i've been waking up all week not really hungry. Ive forced a protein shake down bc i know i'll be starving before lunch if i dont. 

Tonight, i'll walk 3 miles.

B-protein shake
L-buffalo chicken on a salad from subway
S-cottage cheese and tomato-before ball
D-protein shake-after ball

I have been a bottomless pit today.......no exercise this morning.  I was a lazy bum and simply fatigued.  At work now and will get in at least 3 miles of walking before midnight!

B:  2 strips turkey bacon, 1 boiled egg, 1/2 blueberry bagel
S:  coffee, 2 pieces SF Russell Stover candies.....dark choc pecan delights!
L:  cheeseburger with extra pickles, unsweet tea
D1:  2 turkey franks with mustard, 1 sf caramel rice cake
D2:  2 oz. grilled chicken, 1/2 c. rice/corn and salsa
S:   6 pnut butter crackers
