Good morning and happy Friday!  One week before I leave for the beach!!  I can't wait.

I weighed this morning--down a bit from last week, so still in my normal 5 range.  I was feeling very bloated earlier this week but those issues have seemed to correct.  I have to get back to my running during the week, I miss it, but it has just been so dang hot.  I can't wait to be at the beach for a week.....there aint nothing better than running by the water!!

Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken
L-sushi!!  I'm so ready for some
S-Chobani
S-Cherries
D-not sure--going to a party for DD, it is a BBQ so I'm sure I'll have something good!

 wow! what a day. what a week. lets just say im SO glad its almost over!!!! 

I lost a pound. i guess its better than a gain but i've been trying so hard (or i think i have) so one pound is disappointing. i thought 3lbs a week should be EASY to do with eating less and walking 4 days a week. 

B-protein shake
L-1/2 pork salad
D1-1/2 pork salad
D2-protein shake if anything.

I'll walk 2 miles tonight at ball practice.
