Wednesday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?

I am so ready for Fall.  I attempted to go outside to run yesterday and almost burst into flames before I got to the mailbox!  Ended up in the basement on the dreadmill.

Eats today:
B1-2 eggs and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-grilled chicken
L-pizza (2 slices)
S-banana
S-Chobani
D-salmon and veggies

Desser****ermelon

I will do P90X arms and shoulders and ab ripper X tonight after I get home, go to Publix and WalMart....busy day!!

 It is extremely hot. I walked last night, i definitely couldnt have ran bc i thought i was gonna die just walking. we only did 3laps. Thursday and Friday i'll do 5 or more (2miles+)

B-protein shake
L-4oz mojo chicken and 1/2 c salad
S- click protein if needed
D-bbq on top of a salad.. i made boston butt yesterday. so good. 

No walking for me tonight.
