Monday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?
OMG! What a blast we had Saturday. Unfortunately most of the pics cannot be posted on the web.....I'll try to find a couple clean ones I can share!
Eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-grilled chicken breast 6 oz (I nibble on this until lunch)
L-leftovers from last night-pork chop, green beans and some rice
S-Chobani
S-watermelon
D-"fried" chicken salads (I'll bake some chicken fingers to put on them)
Dessert-frozen fruit pop
Exercise: Something with weights today. P90X
It is going to be hot this week!! Drink tha****er!!!

L-? either click or a salad from somewhere my nerves arent letting me eat today.
D-same as you! baked chicken tenders on top of a salad. or grilled chicken
I've got to run to the grocery store after work. so im going to grill tonight hopefully. Jaydens missing football today but then tomorrow e start back tue, thurs and fri. so no other time but tonight. we were gone all day yesterday and it thru my grilling routine for a loop LOL!!!

Today has been a good day so far. Trying to kick the carb monster to the curb, it had been kicking my butt last week.
B- 1 ready made pancake with 3 slices of ready cooked bacon
L- 1 small plain hamburger from McDonalds with less than than half of the bottom of the bun
D- Will be chicken with a few dumplins
S 3 peanut butter crackers
Still trying to get in my water and will have my 64 oz in before bed and a large tea from McDonalds.
Not to bad, it could be better.
