 Last night I did 3laps around the track. just over a mile. 5laps equals 2 miles. The lady im walking with wants to build up. and then in about 3 weeks we're going to start doing the C25K thing. should be interesting. 

B-protein shake: 1scoop BSN vanilla, SF pumpkin pie syrup, 1oz FF cream cheese, water and ice
L-goin to a new place, they dont have a menu online so im not sure. something protein packed!
S/D1-Click protein before ball
D2-2 bacon wrapped cream cheese and jalapeno chicken bites. recipe follows. 

I'll be walking 4 laps tonight, maybe. Aubrei got a bad blister so i dunno if she's up for the 4 but i'll walk atleast 3

Bacon wrapped cream cheese  jalapeno bites

8 BLSL chicken tenders, cut in half. 
3oz cream cheese. softened
1 jalapeno seeded and finely chopped
8 pcs of bacon, cut in half

in a ziploc bag pound chicken breast thin. put cream cheese in middle, then jalapenos, roll up. roll bacon around and secure with a toothpick . continue until all is done. grill until bacon is done! these are fabulous. next time i'll use a lil more cream cheese.

I had a pretty good day food wise and then an hour Zumba class last night ,,,,I am lagging for a moment but will recoup and be good as new..
