Thursday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?
It is a soggy morning here in Bham! I'm not complaining though, we need the rain, and it will keep it cooler.
Eats today:
B1-1 slice ww toast with PB and 1/2 banana
B2-pepper jack cheese and a few lo fat Ritz
L-chicken taco (going out)
S-cherries
S-Chobani
D-Buitoni pasta (something I bought on a whim...I think it is stuffed with some kind of chicken and spices....)
Desser****ermelon
I'll do something with weights tonight or yoga....gotta go to the grocery before I work out

Good Morning!!! its hot as heck here in Decatur. Im roasting already. Bossman wont turn the air down and my office is the only office with all windows so its HOT. He's leaving shortly and it'll be freezing in here!
B-cookies and cream protein shake
L-chinese. general tsos chicken or sczehuan chicken. shared w/ a coworker, its her pick this time and those are the only 2 i eat lol
S-click protein shake if needed.
D-leftover meatloaf, 1 fried green tomato and black eye peas. i also have 2 bites of blackened catfish i will probably eat so it doesnt get throwed out. the big box for the little peice is taking up room in the fridge.
tomorrows weigh in day and while i think i've done good. im still nervous. its really scary and such a battle for me. i want plastics in december so bad, so i have monthly goals i want to meet and its scary the "failure" in me is gonna come out...i totally feel like i failed WLS and ate around my RNY. its all about being honest with yourself and i think im finally there.. i've found since eating better and not depriving myself i get full quicker. i immediately stop eating when i get that full feeling and put the rest in a box. something i use to not do i'd continue to pick and eat until it was gone or i couldnt hold anymore and was miserable.

Because its raining like HELL outside, we are ordering pizza. my day has officially changed to
L-2slices fiery hawaiian pizza
D-protein shake to make up for lunch. lol

D: 3 oz. deli chicken and one slice cheese on a deli thin bread
S: Handful of Almond Granol Energy snack....from walmart
