Happy Friday!  I didn't exercise last night....had to make a wreath for my DD shower and wrapped 11 hostess gifts.  Tonight DH and I are going out for seafood and this weekend will be busy busy!  Tomorrow I'll run then cut grass, then get ready for a BBQ party at my house.  My sisters will be in from Louisiana to attend DD shower on Sunday.

Eats today:

B1-1/2 cup cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-leftover rotisserie chicken (prob 4 oz)
L-Healthy Choice steamer, grilled basil chicken
S-Chobani
S-watermelon and cantaloupe
D-seafood

Dessert--maybe a bite of key lime pie if DH decides to get dessert

Happy Friday!!!! 

I am down 3 lbs this week!! 

Next week starting Monday Jayden has football 4days a week and where they are practicing theres a nice walking track. I have 2 people lined up to be my walking buddies!! im so excited. i dont get much exercise but i know that will this one person who walks/runs alot she'll be the encouragement i need. i'd love to start running so i think she'll help get my started! Its nice to have someone to go along with bc i dont have the motivation to do exercise by myself!!! im reallly excited about this, im hoping it helps drop the weight!!

B-protein shake--pumpkie pie cheesecake flavor i concocted!
L-sharing a plate w/ a coworker. fish nuggets, purple hull peas, fried green tomatoes, mac and cheese. bad, bad, i know. im hoping to eat mostly the fish and one fried green tomato.
D-?? i'll be at home hopefully cleaning so i may do same as breakfast. im loving this shake!!!

tomorrow we're going shopping for football stuff and me some exercise clothes, mainly capris i dont have anything really. THEN we're going to Bridge Street to RedRobin. sunday, i'll be grocery shopping and grilling for this weeks lunches!

Congrats!  You are doing so well.  One day at a time.....I grill on Fridays too for the coming week.

 thank you, im sure you'll never have regain, but its a hard battle to fight to get this **** off!!!!! i wish i could have a redo and do things in the beginning much differently. maybe i wouldnt be fighting this regain battle but im going to prevail dangit!!!

Girl....we are all obese, just in remission!  I make my share of mistakes, but I think I get away with it because of the amount of time I exercise.....I'm like you though....one day at a time, and when I hit a bump I just keep on going!!

Hope everyone has a great weekend.  Kim, I am sure you will have a blast at your daughter's shower!  I work 4p-12a every weekend.  My weekend is Monday and Tuesday!


B:   3 strips turkey bacon, slice of whole wheat toast with butter and pineapple preserves

L:    Slice of Cheese Pizza from Mellow Mushroom
D:   Slice of Meat Pizza from Mellow Mushroom.......I treated my guys on post tonight to pizza!
S:    3 strips left over turkey bacon, Powerade Zero

Trying to get in lots of water.  I feel so dehydrated.
