Tuesday Coffee Talk

Good Tuesday morning everyone.  Time to rise and shine.  Gotta spray those pits and eat those grits.  

Today, I challenge you to join me!!  GET YOUR WATER IN!!  Add CL or Wal-Mart's version and drink.  I promise, if you get your water, you will see less food and more weight off.  Don't forget the vitamins too!!  

We can do this!!  I have faith in you!!

 

I have totally come off of soda again.  Two weeks and going strong on Crystal Light and iced tea.  Drinking lots of water too.  Trying to get off a few extra pounds.
