Suffice it to say I stayed far away from that cookie cake last night!  Today is Publix penny item day so I'll go do the grocery shopping after work and cook some salmon and veggies for dinner.  DD, DH and I will power walk the neighborhood after dark tonight.  It is only 2.5 miles, but very hilly so it is a good cardio workout.

Eats today:
B1-2 slices Sunmaid raisin toast with butter
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-bratwurst and tomatoes with italian dressing
S-Chobani
S-Kashi bar
D-salmon and veggies

Dessert-strawberry frozen fruit bar

OOH!  I'm excited!  I'm going to buy new running shoes today at lunch!  Mine are so worn out I get blisters when I run, so I'm looking forward to it!!

Im sweating but it isnt from exercise lol

B-1 scoop whipped vanilla BSN desserts w/ water and a splash of milk.
L- 1/4 general tso's chicken
s- a few more bites of chicken
D-whole wheat spaghetti w/ meat sauce (made with 1lb beef 1lb turkey). Jaydens request.

Trying to stay out of the rain right now!  That wind is fierce!

B:  4 strips of turkey bacon, 1/2 toasted bagel
L:   6 crackers with p-nut butter
S:  Skinny Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte
D:  1 c. beef curry with brown rice
D2:  1/2 c. fresh berries, lite and fit dannon yogurt, and few almonds
S:   Protein Bar
