I hope everyone had a great weekend!  We had a busy one.  We started the weekend Friday evening with my DD and her fiance--we grilled steaks and hung out and DD and I made homemade salsa.  Saturday got up and ran 4 miles, mowed the grass, baked a cake then spent the evening at a friend's house grilling and hanging out.  Sunday was our older son's birthday, so we grilled out again and had the family over.

Today's eats:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs, NSA peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-BBQ from Jim and Nicks (lunch meeting)
S-watermelon
S-Chobani
D-spaghetti and meat sauce

Dessert-frozen fruit bar

Exercise:  Tonight is weights (arms/shoulders) and abs (P90X)

Have a great day!!

Good Morning!!! What a great weekend sounds like! I had a good weekend. Jaydens been at the beach for what seems like forever now so i was alone and did whatever all weekend.
