I have not been here in a long time! I can't remember my password for my old acct, but could this one. HA! Go figure!
How has everyone been?
I've gained about 30 lbs. but for the last 2 weeks, I have been on target and eating right. Can eat liuttle bites and get full quick. August will be 7 years for me!! So yes, it still works! I get food stuck and still have the foamies. It all depends on IF you use the tool RIGHT and how you eat OR rather...WHAT you eat.
