TGIF!  I'm STILL tired from the weekend.  Went running last night....this heat is killing me!  My poor grand-dog really didn't want to do the last 2 miles.

Weighed today.  On the upper side of my 5 lb range, so I guess I better curb the "extras"....had some rich food over the weekend so I guess it caught up with me!

Eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-Grilled chicken
L-Lean Cuisine pizza, watermelon
S-Chobani
D-grilled steak, corn

Dessert-none, since it it Friday and I'll have a ****tail this evening.

No exercise today-Friday is rest day for me.  Tomorrow I'll run and cut grass, Sunday I'll do weights.  Have a great weekend!

you always do so good! i read your food everyday but dont post lol. i'll try to get better at this. i do better with my eating when i plan and write it down. lately ive just been too ashamed of the "junk".
thanks for posting religiously!!!! i'll start with you on monday. i had a biscuit this morning

Good to see you back!  I love the new pic. 

It keeps me honest when I post here because I feel like I'll let yall down if I don't do what I say I'm going to do!  I am much more lenient on the weekends and do not journal then.  M-F I try to stick with what I write down and for the most part, I do.  It isn't always easy and it is comforting to know yall are out there for me in the same boat as me!

Have a great weekend and I look forward to seeing you post Monday--don't worry about what you eat....it is freeing to release it to the web and write it down.

I tend to post AFTER I eat....cause sometimes when I plan, those plans change.  lol
We all have "junk" sometimes.   But that is what this board is for.  Support.  No judging!

B:  2 strips turkey bacon, 1 slice pumpernickel toast
L:   1/2 c. seafood gumbo with rice
S:  mozzarella cheese stick, skinny iced cinnamon dolce latte with extra shot of espresso :)
D:  turkey and cheese on a whole wheat deli thin
S:  Dannon diabetic friendly yogurt
S:  fresh peach, 4 crackers

Exercise:   Still in a rut.  Got to get back into my walks.
